The Planning and Zoning Commission may recommend <br />disapproval of an application for a Special Use Permit, or the Commission <br />may recommend approval subject to such requirements and conditions with <br />respect to location, construction, maintenance and operation, in addition to <br />the regulations of the district in which the particular use is located, as the <br />Commission may deem necessary for the protection of adjacent properties <br />and public interest. <br />Options available to the Commission are: <br />Approve the SCUP as submitted by the applicant <br />Approve the SCUP with specific conditions to be outlined by the <br />Commission <br />Disapprove the SCUP <br />Table consideration of this item until addition information can be <br />provided to the Commission. <br />A recommendation from the Commission on this Special Conditional Use <br />Permit will be forwarded to City Council for final consideration. <br />
