<br />Assistant City Attorney John Armstrong read: ORDINANCE 2003-2677 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING
<br />AND AUTHORIZING AN ENGINEERING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LA PORTE AND
<br />CLAUNCH & MILLER, INC" FOR THE 2003-2004 WATERLINE REPLACEMENT PROJECT;
<br />APPROPRIATING NOT TO EXCEED $38,900.00, TO FUND SAID CONTRACT; MAKING VARIOUS
<br />FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT; FINDING COMPLIANCE WITH THE
<br />OPEN MEETINGS LAW; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.

<br />Motion was made by Councilmember Meismer to approve 2003-2677 as presented by Mr, Gillett. Second by
<br />Councilmember Engelken, The motion carried,

<br />a Professional Service Agreement with PBS&J to perform an Aeration Study of the Little Cedar Bayou
<br />Wastewater Treatment Plan in an amount of $58,090,00,
