<br />Motion was made bv Councilmember Warren to pass Ordinance 2003-2679. with modification of removal of
<br />utility easement clause, Second by Councilmember Beasley, The motion carried,
<br />
<br />Upon further discussion, Councilmembers Beasley and Warren pulled their motions to approve Ordinance
<br />2003-2679, with modification, realizing there needs to be more clarification on this item,
<br />
<br />Motion was made by Councilmember Meismer to table Ordinance 2003-2679 until a later date. in order to
<br />assist the owners (the Caoens). to research the deed restrictions and the repercussions, Second by
<br />Councilmember Beasley. The motion carried.

<br />19. The Regular Meeting closed and the Workshop Meeting opened at 7:50 p,m.

<br />B. Interim Human Resources Manager Al Freeman will discuss adopting the Personnel Policy at a future
<br />Council Meeting,

<br />20. The Workshop Meeting closed and the Regular Meeting reconvened at 8:45 p,m,

<br />City Manager Debra Feazelle reminded Council of the District 4 Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, November
<br />11,2003, at 7 p,m. at City Hall; the Traffic Hump Meeting on Thursday, November 13,2003, at 6:30 p.m, at
<br />City Hall; the TML Conference on November 19-22,2003, in San Antonio; and the NLC Conference on
<br />December 9-13, 2003, in Nashville, Tennessee. .

<br />Ms. Feazelle also thanked Council for attending the Council Retreat on Saturday, November 8, 2003,
