<br />Some 300 participants are
<br />expected to attend the upcoming
<br />Harris County Precinct 2
<br />Economic Summit set for 7:30
<br />a;ln. to 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15 in
<br />the student center ballroom at
<br />San Jacinto College Central. The
<br />summit is free of charge.
<br />The summit's keynote speaker
<br />will be Dr. Timothy Hopper,
<br />setiior economist for the Federal
<br />Reserve Bank of Dallas. His
<br />
<br />
<br />topic is "Returning To
<br />Growth."

<br />Houston Economic

<br />District are hosting the summit.

<br />Garcia will speak on
<br />the topic "Paving the
<br />Plan for Smart
<br />Growth."
