<br />SECTION 4. Section 551.302, Transportation Code, as added
<br />by Chapter 1325, Acts of the 18th Legislature, Regular Session,
<br />2003, is repealed.
<br />SECTION 5'. This Act takes effect immediate,ly if it ;-eceives
<br />a vote of two-thirds of all the members elected to each h04se, as
<br />provided by Section 39, Article III, Texas Constitution. If this
<br />Act does not receive the vote necessary for immediate effect, this
<br />Act takes eff~ct September 1, 2005.

<br />relating to the definition of all-terrain vehicle in the
<br />certificate of title and the motor vehicle registration.laws.
<br />BE IT BNACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS.: V
<br />SECTION 1. Section 501.002(14), Transportation Code, is
<br />amended to read as follows:
<br />(14) "Motor vehicle" means:
<br />(A) any mot0r driven or propelled vehicle
<br />required to be registered under the laws of this state;
<br />(B) a trailer or semitrailer, other than
<br />manufactured housing, that has a gross vehicle weight that exceeds
<br />4,000 pounds;'
