.13 The Construction Manager's failure to comply with any of these provisions is a breach of contract <br />by the Construction Manager that entitles the governmental entity to declare the contract void if <br />the Construction Manager does not remedy the breach within ten days after receipt of notice of <br />breach from the governmental entity. <br />§ 8.1.2 Commercial General Liability including coverage for Premises -Operations, Independent Contractors' <br />Protective, Products -Completed Operations, Contractual Liability, Personal Injury and Broad Form Property <br />Damage (including coverage for Explosion, Collapse and Underground hazafds)i <br />hazards) shall be as set forth in Exhibit A to this Agreement and as may_ <br />be further defined in Article 11 of the General Conditions of the Contract. <br />A.
