Standard communication will be responded to within the same working <br />day; emergency situations will be responded to within one (1) hour. At any point, <br />should the client feel uncomfortable in the resolution path, they are asked to <br /> <br />escalate communication for immediate resolution. <br /> <br />· RSA Corp utilizes a Change Control process and requires documentation for <br />scope enhancements made during the duration of the project. These documents <br />describe the changes to be made and the fees associated with the changes. They <br />must be approved and signed by the client prior to the enhancements being added <br />as a part of the overall project. A copy of the change request document is <br />attached to the back of this Statement of Work. <br /> <br />T arms and Conditions <br /> <br />Each round trip to the Client location will be charged a trip fee of forty-five dollars ($45). For <br />locations outside a thirty (30) mile radius of downtown (measured from La Porte, TX) the <br />actual mileage will be charged at the current IRS mileage rate. <br /> <br />This Statement of Work addresses servIces to be provided by Technology Transfer <br />Incorporated dba/RSA Corporation (RSA) "Company" to the City of La Porte, hereinafter <br /> <br />referred to as "Client". <br /> <br />This entire agreement is in accordance to the terms and <br /> <br />conditions set forth in RSA's DBITs contract to provide deliverables based IT services <br /> <br />through <br /> <br />DIR under contract number DIR-SDD-872 as disclosed at <br /> <br />http://www.dir.state.tx.us/store/busops/dbits/docs/872.pdf.This Statement of Work sets <br />forth all of the promises. agreements, conditions, understandings, warranties and <br />representations between the parties with respect to the matters contemplated and <br />supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings between the parties <br />with respect thereto, whether written, oral or otherwise.
