The verbal report will cover all work performed and completed during the <br />week and present the work to be performed during the subsequent week. It will also detail <br />any problems encountered during the course of the project and the resolution. <br /> <br />Rules of Engagement <br /> <br />One of the first tasks the RSA Corp project manager performs in any project is to review and <br />update the project rules of engagement with the Client's project manager. They decide the <br />details of how the project will be planned, executed, controlled, and closed. The below <br />represents RSA Corp's project methodologies: <br /> <br />Work Plan Management <br />The RSA Corp project manager is responsible for maintaining the project work plan on a <br />daily basis. The work plan is used to guide the project and to assign work to be <br />accomplished. The work plan is based line to monitor what is planned to work that is <br />accomplished. <br /> <br />The work plan allows the project manager to keep up with all the tasks need to be <br />accomplished.
