The Committee first established the weighting factors to <br />be used in the further evaluation of the submittals. After discussion, the following . <br />weighting factors were decided upon. <br />Criteria <br />Relevant Consultant Experience <br />Understanding of the Proposed Scope <br />Project Approach <br />Current Capabilities <br />Quality and Responsiveness of the Submittal <br /> <br />% Weiahtina Factor <br />25 <br />20 <br />25 <br />20 <br />10 <br /> <br />The Committee agreed to meet on December 11, 2007 with the intention <br />to rank the top respondents for further consideration. <br />At the December 11th meeting each evaluator submitted their top three to <br />four respondents. This was followed by an open discussion. Obviously, there was <br />not a complete consensus for the top respondents. However, there was a great <br />deal of agreement for a top five group. <br />· Claunch & Miller <br />· Dannenbaum Engineering Corporation <br />· Jacobs Carter & Burgess <br />· Klotz Associates <br />· URS Corporation <br />The Committee then agreed to meet on December 13, 2007 for the purpose of a <br />second evaluation of the top five responders. At the December 13, 2007 meeting <br />the committee members submitted evaluation forms for the top five respondents. <br />After tabulating the evaluations, Klotz Associates was identified as the top <br />responder. <br />
