PROJECT TEAM <br /> <br />Team members for your project will include Buxton personnel with strong retail <br />and economic development backgrounds as well those from operations: the <br />Territory Business Manager, Senior Vice President, Operations representative <br />and Client Services representative. <br /> <br /> <br />Chas Stoker <br />Territory Business Manager, <br />Community ID <br /> <br />As a Community ID territory business manager, Chas works with municipalities <br />in their retail economic development efforts. By understanding what retailers <br />need to make site selection decisions, Chas en abl.es community leaders to <br />understand and "speak retaiL" Chas brings a strong knowledge of the <br />Community ID retail economic development strategy and a solid background in <br />client service to his position. He has been a featured presenter at a number of <br />conferences such as the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors, <br />Southwest Alabama Economic Development Association and the North Carolina <br />Municipal League. He is focused on communities in Texas. Chas earned his B.A. <br />degree from Texas A&M Unive rsity and is a member of the International Council <br />of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Buxton has worked with more than 400 <br />communities nationwide, helping to recruit over 20 million square feet of retail. <br />Chas' clients include Kingsport, Tenn., EI Paso, Texas, Du ncanville, Texas, <br />Celina, Texas and many more. <br /> <br />17 <br />
