Toxic and Noxious Material: <br />In all manufacturing districts no activity or operation <br />shall cause at any time the discharge of toxic or noxious <br />matter across lot lines i~n such concentrations as to be <br />detrimental to or endanger the health, safety, comfort, <br />or welfare of persons in the vicinity or cause injury or <br />p damage to property. <br />13- DISTRICT REGULATIONS. <br />1. Uses: <br />A building or premises in this zoning district shall be <br />used only for the following purposes: <br />(a) Any use permitted in the 'Z" Light Industrial <br />District regulations, or as provided in Section <br />13-1000. <br />• (b) Uses that comply with all performance standards _ ~ ~~0 <br />of this zoning district as hereinafter ester a /' j <br />in Subsection 2, as well as those ards <br />established in Section 13- Standards Appli- <br />cable to All Industrial Development. <br />(c) There shall be no buildings for residential use <br />and no house trailers, provided, however, that <br />this shall not preclude housing for supervisory, <br />maintenance, or custodial personnel where <br />industrial processes require them to live on the <br />premises. <br />2.
