Park Place <br />_ March 16,. 1978 <br />Page 5 <br />7) Q: What about the additional traffic.from the project? <br />A: The traffic generated by the project will be relatively <br />•light in comparison with the apartment project and the <br />motel, and will occur as near to Willow (Oregon) as--.- <br />possible --approximately 70:feet (in other words as <br />far from Park Avenue as possible),..,and will consist <br />of traffic from homeowners like yourselves. <br />Secondly, more than adequte off-street parking will be <br />provided (2 1/2 cars per Townhome) sheltered from <br />view from the. street and adjacent property. <br />Thirdly, there would be only sixteen families. <br />8) The following are the proposed conditions for the re -zoning of <br />Block 16, Sylvan.Beach 1 st Subdivision: <br />1. Closing Willow Avenue and preserving the vegetation as <br />a permanent park -like green area with publicly - <br />accessible paths, <br />2. Purchasing Cedar Avenue right-of-way adjacent to the <br />i Johnson property. <br />3. Preserving 75 feet of the Johnson property along Park <br />Avenue as a permanent park -like green area with <br />
