i ~ <br />-9- <br />2.39 PLAN, SKETCH: A rough sketch map of a proposed subdivision <br />or other development of sufficient accuracy to be used • <br />for the purpose of discussion and preliminary decision <br />making. <br />2.40 PLAT, AMENDING: A plat, previously approved by the Commission <br />and duly recorded, which is resubmitted to the Commmission <br />for reapproval and recording which contains dimensional <br />or notational corrections or erroneous information con- <br />tained on the originally approved and recorded plat. An <br />amending plat is not to be considered as a replat or re- <br />subd iv ision and may not contain any changes or additions <br />to the physical characteristics of the original subdivi- <br />sion, but is intended only to correct errors or mis- <br />calculations as allowed under the provisions of Art. • <br />974a, Section 5(d). <br />,2.41 PLAT, FINAL: A map or drawing of a proposed subdivision <br />prepared in a manner suitable for recording in the appro- <br />priate County records and prepared in conformance with <br />Section 4.04 et seq. of this Ordinance. <br />2.42 PLAT, PRELIMINARY: A map or drawing of a proposed sub- <br />division illustrating its development features for re- <br />view, prepared as specified in Section 4.03 et seq. <br />of this Ordinance. <br />2.43 PLAT, STREET DEDICATION: A map or drawing suitable for <br />recording in the appropriate county records illustrating <br />• <br />
