<br />• <br />the location of a publ is street within a specif ic' tract <br />of land. <br />2.44 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CRITERIA MANUAL (PICM): The set of <br />standards set forth by the Director of Community Deve- <br />lopment and approved by the City Council to determine <br />the specific technical .requirements for construction of <br />public improvements. The manual may be acquired from the <br />Community Development Department, and is on file in the <br />City Secretary's Off ice. <br />2.45 RESERVE: A parcel of land within a subdivision or develop- <br />ment plat reserved from current development. A reserve <br />may be restricted to a special use such as drainage, re- <br />• creation or common area. Reserves within subdivisions <br />not restricted in use may be shown as "unrestricted". <br />2.46 RESUBDIVISION OR REPEAT: The relocation or removal of ex- <br />fisting streets or lots by replatting as allowed under the <br />provisions of Art. 974a. V. T.C. S. Section 5 as amended. <br />2.47 RIGHT-OF-WAY: A strip of land acquired by reservation, de- <br />dication, prescription or condemnation and used or intended <br />to be used as a road, utility installation, crosswalk, <br />railroad, electric transmission lines, or other similar <br />use. <br />2.48 SPECIAL USE SITES: <br />• <br />
