-50- <br />11. Private Streets and Alleys: Streets and alleys which the <br />• developer proposes to privately maintain in perpetuity through <br />a community association or other approved means are •to be <br />designated as "private" on the plat. Design and construction <br />of such streets and alleys will be identical to design <br />and construction standards for public streets. Right of <br />way lines may be coterminous with the edge of pavement. <br />12. Engineering Data (See Appendices A through E) <br />5.02 SIDEWALKS <br />All sidewalks, where required by the Comprehensive Plan or <br />by the Commission shall be constructed in accordance with the <br />PICM. <br />5.03 LOTS <br /> General: The lot desiyn of a neighborhood should provide for lots <br />• of adequate width and depth to provide open area and to eliminate <br /> overcrowding. Lots should be rectangular so far as practicable and <br /> 'should have the side lot lines at right angles to the streets on <br /> which the lot faces or radial to curved street lines. Lots with <br /> double frontage are prohibited except when backing on major <br /> thoroughfares and upon approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> 1. All lots shown on the plat will be for residential purposes <br /> unless otherwise noted. <br /> 2. Side lot lines should be perpendicular or radial to street <br /> frontage and the following note may be in lieu of bearings. <br /> "All side lot lines are either perpendicular or radial to <br /> street frontage unless otherwise noted". <br /> 3. Driveway access to thoroughfares shall be prohibited. (See <br />
