Lot width and area requirements established by the City <br />Zoning Ordinance shall govern. <br />B. All lots must have at minimum of twenty f eet ( 20 ) of <br />frontage on a public street. <br />C. All lots within the City's extraterritiorial juris- <br />diction shall meet the minimum width and area require- <br />m ents established in the R-1, low d ensity residential <br />district of the Zoning Ordiance. <br />5.04 BUILDING LINES <br />1. Residential: Th a minimum building lines shall be <br />as follows: <br />A. Front: 25' from thoroughfare, right of way line, 20' • <br />from other street right of way line; <br />B. Side: 1. ) Interior lots: 5' from side lot line; <br />2.) Corner lots: If lot line is coterminous <br />with right-of-way line, building line shall <br />be 25' from thoroughfare right-of-way or <br />20' from other street right-of-way. <br />C. Rear: 20' from rear lot 1 in e. <br />2. Commercial or Industrial: The minimum building lines <br />shall be as follows: <br />A. Front: 20' from right of way line; <br />b.
