-52- <br />• <br />2.) Corner lots: If lot line is coterminous <br />with right-of-way line, building line <br />shall be 25' from thoroughfare right-of- <br />way or 20' from other street right-of-way. <br />c. Rear: 10' from rear property line, except 20' <br />if adjoining property is residential. <br />3. Building Lines adjacent to Easements shall he three (3) <br />feet, but in no case shall the building line be less <br />than that specified in Subsection 5.04 (1) and 5.04 (2). <br />4. Extraterritorial Ju risdiction: All building lines shall <br />meet the minimum setback established in the R-1, low <br />density residential district of the City Zoning Ordin- <br />ance, except in the case of non-single family residen- <br />tial development which shall require a 20 foot minimum <br />• <br />side yard building line adjacent to a public street. <br />5. Transition building lines having a minimum angle of <br />45 degrees are to be provided where an offset in <br />building lines is greater than 5 feet. <br />5.05 EASEMENTS <br />1. Drainage Easements <br />A. The location and width of all easements shall be <br />determined by the Director of Community Develop- <br />ment for all plats or plans within the cities <br />jurisdiction, and by the Director in conjunction <br />with Harris County Flood Control District (HCFCD) <br />for all easements that HCFCD may have an interest <br />in. <br /> <br />
