„ -58- <br />with either an integral curb poured with the pavement <br />or a separate curb constructed on top as required by <br />the Public Improvements Criteria Manual and subject <br />to the approval of the Director of Community Develop- <br />ment. <br />1. Pavement Design: Pavement design shall conform to the <br />PICM. <br />2. Curb and Gutter: Curb and combination curb shall be con- <br />structed of reinforced concrete. Cross section and <br />slopes shall conform to the PICM. <br />3. Laboratory Control: All concrete shall be designed and <br />controlled by a competent laboratory as required by the <br />Public Improvements Construction Policy and Standards. <br />• 11.02 DRAINAGE AND STORM SEWER <br />Adequate drainage shall be provided within the limits <br />o~f the subdivision. The protection of adjoining property <br />shall be accounted for in the design of the system. <br />The design and sizing of the system shall be in <br />conformance with the PICM, and subject to the approval <br />of the Harris County Flood Control District and the <br />Director of Community Development. <br />11.03 WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM <br />The design and construction of all water and sewer <br />systems shall be in conformance with the Public Im- <br />provements Criteria Manual, and subject to approval <br />by the Director of Community Development.
