At the February 21 meeting, the applicants also clarified or committed to the <br />following issues, which were addressed in the staff report: <br /> <br />1. Issues pertaining to the final plat. <br /> <br />A 1\11 electrical power through the proposed subdivision would <br />be underground and not overhead. <br /> <br />B. Gates, as originally contemplated are not proposed at this rime. <br />The proposed private drive will be open to provide full <br />circulation for the necessary City services. <br /> <br />C. No accessary space or areas for the storage of boats and motor <br />homes will be provided. <br /> <br />D. Providing a permanent control monument for the subdi~sion <br />and showing the approved location on the final plat. <br /> <br />E. Submission for review of the street lighting plans for the <br />subdivision and acknowledged that the proposed low level light <br />system would be owned, maintained and operated by the <br />Homeowners Association. <br /> <br />F. Water and sewer lines would be moved to a location outside the <br />paving limits of the proposed private drive and provide adequate <br />separation between any structure and the proposed water and <br />sewer lines. The separation would be accomplished by altering <br />the front building lines or providing a statement on the final <br />plat and incorporating the statement into the covenants to <br />msure adequate separation. <br /> <br />G. Remaining items listed in Exhl'bit A, except for Nos. 3, 9 & 10, <br />which are referenced above should be addressed. The plat <br />referenced by Exhibit A is identified as Exln'bit B and also is <br />attached. <br /> <br />2. Issues pertaining to the construction drawings. <br /> <br />A Submission and approval of construction specifications for the <br />proposed private drive, storm drainage, water and sewer <br />improvements. <br />
