Obtain a permit from the State Department of Highways and <br />Public Transportation for the installation of water and sewer <br />lines within the right of way of Broadway and for the private <br />drive entrance and culvert installation. <br /> <br />IV. The Commission requested the applicant either submit or resubmit the <br />following items which amend or ~ certain issues. <br /> <br />1. Submit the propos~enants of Baygreen Colony Homeowners <br />Association. The co.~ts should incorporate or address the issues <br />addressed in staff's review of the proposed development guidelines <br />attached as Exhibit C & D. The covenants should be submitted two <br />(2) weeks before any anticipated Planning & ZDning Commission <br />action.: <br /> <br />2.
