Boncosky Trucking TelTtiinal • <br />4/17/97 - P&Z Meeting <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />A metes and bounds description sealed by a surveyor was <br />provided to the City following the October Planning & Zoning <br />Commission meeting. Any confusion regarding the proper <br />legal description should be cleared up by the developer. <br />3. The 6.3192 acre property needs to be platted. All owners of <br />said property should provide their signatures authorizing the <br />platting. <br />4. The general plan should show proposed phases. <br />5. A proposed schedule of construction including the approximate <br />starting and completion date of the complete development plan <br />has not been provided. <br />6. Zoning of this tract and adjoining properties are not shown. <br />7. See General Plan Checklist comments . <br />8. Conditions of #SCUP 96-003 need to be satisfied. <br />9. Water and sewer extensions are required. <br />10. Additional water line information is needed. This includes <br />construction/design information and verification of the water <br />line easement north of the truck terminal site. <br />11. Proposed water line easements both on and off site need to be <br />properly executed. <br />12. Drainage plans shall be approved by Harris County and the <br />City of La Porte. <br />13. Additional detention information will need to be provided. <br />Specifics concerning the calculations and side slope design <br />should be provided. <br />14. Amend driveway(s) to comply with industrial regulations <br />under the City's zoning ordinance. Minimum 30' and <br />maximum 40' in width at the property line. <br />
