The <br />property is further described as being located in the 1200 Block of <br />Mc Cabe Road, <br /> <br />Present Land <br />Use Map: <br /> <br />The southeast corner ofMc Cabe Road and New Highway 146 <br />indicates the corner is proposed for commercial use while the <br />remainder of the 107+ acres is proposed for low density residential <br />use. <br /> <br /> <br />Planned Unit Development (p.UD.) and Neighborhood <br />Commercial (NC) (See Exhibit A) <br /> <br />Applicant's <br />Request: <br /> <br />Approval of a General Plan and other submittals required by the <br />P. U.D. process for the development of a 10.54 acre tract for a 176 <br />unit apartment complex. <br /> <br />Approval together with recommendation of the Special <br />Conditional Use Permit would enable applicant to proceed to City <br />Council for formal review and action. <br />
