Disapprove the Preliminary Plat as filed, provided the reasons <br />for such disapproval are stated in writing and a copy of the <br />statement is signed by the Chairman of the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission. <br />Conclusion: The Bayou Forest Apartments Preliminary Plat has been found <br />to comply with City regulations. Staff recommends approval <br />of the Preliminary Plat at this time. <br />1. The Special Conditional Use Permit (SCUP) required for a <br />P.U.D. development is approved by the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission and City Council. Upon approval, the SCUP <br />information will need to be reflected on the General Plan. <br />(JULY 14 City Council Meeting) <br />2. Water and Sewer Extensions are required. <br />(City and Developer still negotiating) <br />Staff recommends approval of the Preliminary Plat, as all items in <br />accordance with the Development Ordinance have been satisfied. <br />Please note that there are many items that need to be addressed and <br />reviewed before final plat, and the public utilities serving the <br />proposed complex must be addressed before Final Plat approval. <br />
