Fairmont Park East, Sectio0I • <br />Final Plat <br />P&Z (1/20/00) <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />development ordinance also prohibits the dedication of <br />parkland less than one acre in size; therefore, money in lieu of <br />parkland would be required. <br />The covenants for Section VI have been reviewed by the City <br />Attorneys office and found to satisfy Ordinance requirements. <br />Utility Construction Plans have been reviewed and approved <br />by Staff. <br />Conclusion: Staff has reviewed Fairmont Park East Section VII Final Plat <br />and found it complies with the Development Ordinance. Staff <br />recommends approval of Fairmont Park East Section' VII <br />Final Plat with the provision that plat not be released for <br />recordation until; <br />1. All construction improvements are complete. <br />2. Payment of $11,900.00 is made to the City in lieu of <br />parkland dedication. <br />3. Payments of $6,663.68 and $438.91 are made to the City <br />for street lighting (initial installation and 1 year operation) <br />and street signage installation respectively. <br />
