Carry 8-inch diameter pipe to the <br />last appurtenance or plug. Place the last service as <br />near as possible to the end and install a standard blow <br />off valve and box at the end of the 8-inch diameter <br />line. The maximum length of such a, line shall be 700 <br />feet. <br />(c) Isolate dead ends with a line valve and equip with a <br />fire hydrant, blow-off, or flushing valve near the <br />line's end <br />(4) On-site lines with 1 or more fire hydrants or flushing valves <br />shall be 8-inch diameter with interconnection to at least 2 <br />supply line sources when possible. Appropriately sized <br />domestic service shall be taken from on site lines. <br />g. Install water lines that are located in side lot easements inside of a <br />continuous steel casing pipe.
