Notes and issues defined at the meeting are at enclosure <br />3. <br />At the conclusion of the meeting, the general feeling was that the issues were too numerous <br />and complex to seek a decision on a Special Conditional Use Permit at the June 17, 2004, <br />meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Mr. Northrup suggested that the decision <br />on the Permit be tabled. Staff recommends concurrence. <br />Ori June 10, 2004, Staff received an official request to table a decision and to conduct a <br />workshop to discuss the issues and allow Mr. Haynsworth to reiterate his concerns and <br />receive guidance and input from the Commission (enclosure 4). In 'coordination with <br />Chairperson Waters, the agenda item for Special Conditional Use Permit #04-011 reflects that <br />request. Since it was noticed in the newspaper, the Public Hearing for this application must <br />still occur. . <br />For review, a modified Staff Report and original SCUP are attached to outline the project's <br />purpose, history and recent activity. <br />Wayne o <br />City Planner <br />
