Landscaping and/or decorative fence shall screen outside storage areas, loading <br />docks, garbage collection bins and delivery entrances from adjacent property and <br />public street right-of-way. <br />c. Landscaoing shan be located so as not to interfere with the act of parking or w1lh <br />park:ng ~re~ maintenance and so as not to create a rraffic hazard by obscuring driver <br />or nedestrian vision of the intersections of walkways. driveways, collector lanes and <br />str~ets or any combination thereof. Landscaning is discouraged "W1thin three (3) <br />meters of th; state highway right-of-way due t~ utilities. Plans are required for any <br />type of landscape development on Texas Department of Transportation Right-of-Way <br />and must be submined to: <br /> <br />Director of Maintenance <br />Post Office Box 1386 <br /> <br />d.
