For expansion andlor additions they must comply with SECTION 1.0. <br /> <br />SECTION 7.0 VARIANCE AND APPEALS CLAUSE <br /> <br />If there shall be any special circumstances connected with any provision of this Ordinance, the <br />inciividuai shall have the righr to a hearing before the Manvel Planning and Development <br />Conunission to request a variance. This request for a variance must be submitted in writing <br />seventy-two (72) hours accompanied with any and all pertinent documentation for the <br />Manvel Planning and Development Commission to review -before th~ hearing. A <br />determination will be r.:mde by the Cornzr..ission that granting this variance will not result in <br />increased flood issues. additional threats to public safelY. public e;l.-pense, create nuisances. cause <br />fraud or conflict with existing laws or other ordinances.
