<br />Material Permitted <br /> <br />Allowed by Right: <br /> <br />For the purpose of this section, masonry material allowed by right are brick, <br />stone brick veneer, custom treated tilt wall, decorative or textured concrete block, <br />and split face block, stucco and EIFS (Exterior insulation and finish systems). <br /> <br />Allowed by the Director: <br /> <br />New technologies not addressed by these regulations may also be allowed by <br />the Planning Director, if such materials are consistent with the visual nature and <br />quality of the masonry material permitted above. <br /> <br />Exemptions <br /> <br />. New and existing structures within PPG tract along Fairmont Parkway, La <br />Porte Municipal Airport, and the Bay Forest Golf Course shall be exempt from <br />any of the fac;ade material requirements. <br /> <br />. Existing structures that would be required to be brought in compliance with <br />this section may be exempt upon issuance of a Special Conditional Use <br />Permit (SCUP). <br /> <br />· Owner/developer may submit a bond or enter into a written agreement with <br />the City to give him or her a specific time period to bring an existing structure <br />into compliance with this section. <br />
