Any new signage requires a separate sign permit from the City. <br />. Exterior building design standards, if proposed, shall be approved by <br />the City. <br />. Landscaping shall be maintained by the applicants/tenants. <br />. A certificate of occupancy shall be required. <br />. The Developer shall comply with all applicable laws and ordinances of <br />the City and the State of Texas. <br /> <br />Options available to the Commission: <br /> <br />.
