In <br />deciding this appeal, the Board will not ~je_~ffirm;nQ ~~ <br />overruling staff's decision so uch as they will be~clarifying an <br />a`r~'~of oning Ordinance intent <br />It should also be noted that a new fire hydrant will have to <br />be placed on 16th Street before any addition can be made to the <br />Pfeiffer's building. Fire protection is not an issue which can <br />be considered by the Board. It is only being mentioned here so <br />it may be noted that, a granting of this appeal (should that be <br />the Board's decision) will in no way set aside fire protection or <br />other requirements.
