W. <br />Bramley, Mr. Neel and 45 interested citizens. <br /> <br />In lieu of the invocation by City Attorney Knox Askins, Mayor <br />Cline asked that a moment of silent prayer be offered in the <br />death of one of our prominent citizens Eugenia Riley. Funeral <br />services were announced by Mayor Cline. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Council considered approving the minutes of the regular meeting <br />of City Council held September 19, 1984. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilperson ~ton to-2QQLQ~~-IDin~~ <br />of the SeptembeL-~' 1984. Second by Councilperson Pfeiffer. <br />The motion carried 5 ayes and 0 nays.
