<br />• <br />• <br />Minutes, Public Hearing <br />La Porte City Council <br />November 28, 1984, Page <br />• <br />and Called Regular Meeting <br />6 <br />Matuszak: Reported that the Homes Association in Fairmont <br />Park would meet on the coming Monday night, and he felt that <br />they would turn the care of the esplanades in Fairmont Park <br />over to the City, due to financial reasons. <br />Cline: Remarked that we had come close to not having a quorum <br />for the meeting tonight, and stated she would probably not be <br />at the December 5 meeting because she would not be in town. <br />Several Councilmembers stated that they probably would not be <br />able to attend, either. After a canvass of the Council <br />present, it was decided that it would be best to cancel the <br />meeting of December 5 if possible. Mr. Herrera stated that he <br />and the City Secretary would look over the agenda items, and <br />if there was nothing that could not wait, the meeting would be <br />cancelled and the Council would be notified. <br />Mayor Cline stated that the City Attorney had asked for an <br />Executive Session on a legal matter. <br />• <br />12. Council adjourned into executive session at 6:45 P.M. and <br />returned to the Council table at 7:10 P.M. <br />13.
