As <br />you recall an Air force Regulation settir~ forth certain <br />airfield clearance criteria at the time this building <br />was constructed caused the City Commission of La Porte <br />to pass a Resolution closing the rutwvay. <br />Inclosed is a copy of correspondence received this date <br />from Colonel Maybin H.
