A motion was made by Commissioner Compton, and seconded by <br />Commissioner Crofoot, that the City Clerk be authorized to <br />file charges on the owners of the building located at 927 forth <br />90th Street and to give the ofhers a ten day notice. Upon recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, <br />Commissioner Crofoot made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Compton, that Lots 97 thru 32, Block 696, Town of La Porte <br />be re-zoned from R9 Residential to Commercial. After receiving a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, Commissioner Compton made a motion, seconded by <br />Commissioner Boyle, that Block 695 Town of La Porte be re- <br />zoned from R9 Residenttal to Commercial.
