Freeman <br />and Superintendent of Water and Sewer Lyman Cunningham. <br />PRESlO1NG: Mayor Pfeiffer. <br />1. The minutes of the regular meeting of June 16, 1969 and the special <br />meetings of June 18, 1969 and June 30, 1969 were approved as written. <br />The minutes of the special meeting of June 23, 1969 were amended as <br />follows: <br />Item Pvo. 1. Commissioner Boyle stated that FHA had no <br />objection to Townhouses being constructed facing residential <br />property. <br />+ + + + + + <br />2. A Public Hearing was l~e1d on the proposed budget for 1969 - 1970. <br />After discussion the Commission tabled any further action pending <br />more detailed information on Tort Liabilty Insurance, Employee <br />Retirement and Workman's Compensation. The Ctty Administrator vas <br />asked by the Commission to have a balanced sheet for these funds <br />by the next regular meeting. <br />+ + + + + + <br />3. The City Attorney was instructed to prepare an agreement with <br />Mr. Joe Camp to close the street and alley's between Blocks 123 <br />and 124. <br />+ + + + + + <br />4. The City Adminstrafor was asked to contact Hir. Eckhardt of the <br />Houston ldatural Gas Corporation for information pertaining to <br />the franchise rate received by the Cify• of Houston. <br />+ t + + + + <br />5. Mr. Sonny Applebe appeared before the Commission and stated his <br />` Attorney could not be present at this meeting, therefore he would <br />like to be on the agenda for the next regular meeting. <br /> <br />+ + + + + + <br />
