(See exhibit No. 1) Commissioner ~Iurgin made a mottos, seconded by Commtssioner Thomas that the city hire Mr. Smith to tnspect the paving work done by the Gulf r3ttultthic Company and West Construction Company and to report to the Commission any repairs needed.
