My fee for acquiring <br />said property would be the standard recommended fee by the State Bar <br />Association which is $40.00 per hour for negotiation and preparation, <br />and $250.00 per day for time spent in Court. My fees shall include <br />but not be limited to the following work which is usually performed <br />pursuant to 9A, V.A.C.S., Articles 30-64 Etseq. <br />1. A determination of whether the project and purpose <br />come within the reach of the condemnation statutes. <br />2. Examination of title report or abstract to ascertain <br />title problems, parties to the suit and so forth. <br />3. Attempt to acquire property through negotiation without <br />suit. <br />4. Determination whether there has been a bona fide effort, <br />as required by law to acquire the property without suit. <br />5. Preparation and filing of petition with Judge an d Clerk. <br />6. Securing the appointment of commissioners as required <br />by statutes preparation and signing of order thereon. <br />7. Qualifying commissioners by preparation, execution and <br />filing of oath, including the communications with the commissioners <br />and trips to the Courthouse. <br />8.
