Rigby appeared before the Commission in re- <br />gards to an adjustment on the water bill for the <br />Colonial Drive-In Theatre. Mr. Werner stated there w ould be a hearing before the <br />Water Quality Board on October 30th, 1969, in Houston <br />on a permit to allow EnviroxAmental Controls Co. to <br />operate a liquid waste disposal facility. The City <br />should be represented at this hearing. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Thomas; seconded by <br />Commissioner Crofoot that Knox Askins, City Attorney, <br />attend the hearing. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />8. Motion was made by Commissioner Crofoot, seconded by <br />Commissioner Boyle that the City purchase two (2) <br />visa-bars for the new police car and ambulance at a <br />cost of $807.00. Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />9. Motion was made by Commissioner Crofoot, seconded by <br />Commissioner Boyle that Police Reserve Commissions be <br />given to W. D. Owens and K. L. Lindsey. Motion <br />carried. + + + <br />10.
