Motion by Commissioner Thomas, seconded by <br />Commissioner Crofoot authorizing Mr. James <br />Gawlik, Architect, to proceed with plans <br />for the addition to the Northside Civic <br />Center Building and approving a contract <br />with Mr. Gawlik. Mr. Ed Barlow, Consulting Engineer, read bids <br />received in the office of the City Administrator <br />on August 17, 1970 at 4:30 P.M. for improvements <br />on the sewer plant.
