Mr. Ron Emberg of Ad Valorem Records and Mr. George <br />• Prappas, Attorney, addressed the Commission in regards <br />to delinquent tax collections. <br />Mr. Emberg presented samples of work done by his <br />company and Mr. Prappas explained the legality of <br />collecting delinquent taxes. <br />The Commission asked several questions and discussed <br />at length the problems of collecting delinquent taxes. <br />Motion by Comm. Thomas, seconded by Comm. Sampson <br />that Mr. Emberg and Mr. ~'rappas submit a contract <br />for study by the Commission. Motion carried by <br />the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Thomas, Kibodeaux and Sampson. <br />NAYS: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Crofoot. <br />+ + + <br />7.
