The invocation was given by City Attorney Askins. <br /> <br />3. Council considered approving minutes of the public hearing, <br />workshop, and called meeting held November 2, 1987. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Skelton to approve the <br />minutes of November 2 as presented. Second by <br />Councilperson Clarke. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 <br />nays. <br />
