Second by Councilperson <br />McLaughlin. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Matuszak, <br />McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone <br />Nays: None <br />10. Council considered setting the holiday meeting schedule. <br />Motion was made by Councilperson Cooper to set the holida <br />meeting dates as November 12 and December 10 , with no meetings <br />scheduled for the fourth Monday of either month, and if it <br />became necessary a meeting could be called. Second by <br />Councilperson Sutherland. The motion carried, 9 ayes and 0 <br />nays. <br />Ayes: Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, Matuszak, <br />McLaughlin, Porter, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor <br />Malone <br />Nays: None <br />11. Administrative Reports <br />Bob Herrera informed Council of a request from Vintech <br />Investment Company for temporary sanitary sewer service for <br />a business outside our city limits, and asked for direction <br />from Council. Council directed the City Manager to deny the <br />request, as policy has already been set regarding service <br />outside the city limits. A letter will be sent to Vintech <br />informing them of the decision. <br />12. Council Action - Councilpersons Sutherland, Matuszak, <br />McLaughlin, Gay, Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone brought <br />items to Council's attention. <br />13. Council adjourned into executive session at 7:50 P.M. to <br />discuss the following items: (A) Article 6252-1-7, Section <br />2(R) - (Conference) - Receive report from City Manager <br />regarding strategy for meeting with EPA on November 13, 1990; <br />(B) Section 2(G) - (Personnel) - Annual review of City <br />Manager. Council returned to the table at 9:45 P.M. No <br />action was taken on item A; Item B resulted in a decision to <br />increase the City Manager's salary. <br />14. There being no further business to come before the Council, <br />the meeting was duly adjourned at 9:48 P.M. <br />
