<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Alton Porter at 6:00 p.m.

<br />3. Mayor Porter led the Pledge of Allegiance.

<br />A. Mayor Porter presented a Mary Gay Day Proclamation to Mary Gay.
<br />
<br />B. Mayor Porter presented Certificate of Appreciation to Assistant City Attorney Clark Askins for six years
<br />of service.

<br />A. Consider approving Minutes of the Regular Meeting and Workshop Meeting held
<br />on July 25, 2005.
