P. Harris Survey A-30, Harris County, <br />Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at a point of intersection of the East line of the George <br />B. McKinstry Survey A-47 with the North line of the W. P. Harris <br />Survey A-30 and the South line of the Johnson Hunter Survey A-35; <br /> <br />THENCE Southerly along the East line of the aforemention George B. <br />McKinstry Survey a distance of approximately 2,710 feet to a point, <br />said point being in the East line of said George 8. McKinstry <br />Survey A-47 and be~ng 350 feet North of the North right-of-way of <br />McCabe Road; and being the PLACE OF BEGINNING; , <br /> <br />THENCE Northerly along the East line of the George B. McKinstry <br />Survey A-47 and the Richard Pearsall Survey A-625 a distance of <br />5,190 feet more or less to a point for corner, said point being the <br />intersection of the South right-of-way of West "0" Street with the <br />East line of the Richard Pearsall Survey A-625; <br /> <br />THENCE Easterly along the South right-of-way of West "0" Street a <br />distance of 326 feet to a point for corner; <br /> <br />THENCE Southerly, parallel to and 326 feet East of the East line of <br />the George B. McKinstry Survey A-47 and the Richard Pearsall Survey <br />A-625 a distance of 400 feet to a point for corner; <br /> <br />THENCE Easterly, parallel to and 400 feet South of the South right- <br />of-way of West "0" Street a distance of 326 feet to a point for <br />corner; said point lying in the East right-of-way of 16th Street; <br /> <br />THENCE Northerly along the East right-of-way of 16th Street a <br />distance of 460 feet to a point for corner, in the South boundary <br />of the City of LaPorte. Texas; said South boundary being a projection <br />of the North right-of-way of West "0" Street; <br /> <br />THENCE Easterly along the South boundary of the City of LaPorte <br />and the projection of the North right-of-way of West "0" Street <br />a distance of 2,888 feet more or less to a point for corner, said <br />point lying at the intersection of the West right-of-way of 7th <br />Street projected north with the North right-of-way of West "0" <br />Street and the South boundary of the City of LaPorte; <br /> <br />THENCE Southerly along the West right-of-way of 7th Street a <br />distance of 2.420 feet more or less to a point for corner in the <br />South line of the Johnson Hunter Survey A-35 and the North line of <br />the W.
