Nothing herein contained shall affect the <br /> <br />validity of the remaining portion of the Ordinance or Ordi- <br /> <br />nances under 'which the hereinabove described territory was <br /> <br />originally annexed, and it is the intention of the City <br /> <br />Commission of the City of La Porte that only the above described <br /> <br />territory shall be disannexed from the corporate limits of the <br /> <br />City of La Porte, Texas. <br /> <br />Section 3.
