<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />867 <br /> <br />, Page 3. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />THENCE westerly with the eastward projection of the <br />North right-of-way line of McCabe Road to a point <br />in the West right-of-way of State Highway 146 (also <br />known as South Broadway), said point being the inter- <br />section of the North right-of-way line of McCabe <br />Road with the West right-of-way line of State <br />Highway 146; <br /> <br />THENCE continuing along the North right-of-way line <br />of McCabe Road and its westward projection to a point <br />in the East right-of-way line of the G.H.&S.A. Rail- <br />road (also known as T.&N.O. Railroad); <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />THENCE southeasterly along the East right-of-way <br />line of the G.H.&S.A. Railroad to the northwest corner <br />of that portion of Shoreacres Subdivision lying West <br />of State Highway 146 according to the map or plat of <br />said'Shoreacres Subdivision recorded in Volume 7, <br />Page 10, of the Map Records of Harris County, Texas, <br />said point also being the southwest corner of <br />Tract 1, of the Bayshore Municipal Utility District <br />as described in Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, <br />Art. 8280-268~ <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />THENCE easterly along the north boundary line of that <br />portion of Shoareacres Subdivision lying West of the <br />aforementioned State Highway 146 and the South <br />boundary line of Tract 1 of the Bayshore Municipal <br />Utility District to a point in the West right-of-way <br />line of said State Highway 146; <br /> <br />THENCE southerly along the West right-of-way line of <br />said State Highway 146 to a point said point being <br />the intersection of the westward projection of the <br />North line of that portion of Shoreacres Subdivision <br />lying East of State Highway 146 (also known as South <br />Broadway) with the West right-of-way of said State <br />Highway 146; <br /> <br />THENCE easterly along the North boundary of that <br />portion of Shoreacres Subdivision lying East of said <br />State Highway 146 and its westward projection to a <br />point on the shoreline of Galveston Bay~ <br /> <br />THENCE in a northwesterly, northerly, and northeasterly <br />direction along the meanders of the shoreline of <br />Galveston Bay to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, said parcel <br />containing 396 acres, more or less, a plat of said <br />Territory being attached to this Ordinance as <br />"Exhibit A," incorporated by reference herein, and <br />made a part hereof for all purposes. <br /> <br />Section 5. Should any section or part of this ordinance <br /> <br />be held unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, or the applica- <br /> <br />tion thereof ineffective or inapplicable as to any territory, <br /> <br />such unconstitutionality, illegality, invalidity or ineffec- <br />tiveness of such section or part shall in nowise affect, impair <br /> <br />or invalidate the remaining portion or portions thereof, but <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />as to such remaining portion or portions the same shall be <br /> <br />and remain in full force and effect; and should this ordinance <br />
