The request is to construct a <br />ten-inch (l0") refined petroleum products pipeline. The pipeline will operate at a temp~rature of <br />between 500 and 850 F at a maximum pressure of 1200 psig. <br /> <br />Although the request is to replace one street crossing CFairmont Parkway), the line was <br />constructed in the 1940's, and has never been permitted by the City. <br /> <br />The request meets all requirements of Ordinance 915. The application fee of$300.00 and the <br />first year's permit fee of $200.00 has been paid.
