Traffic control- to include flow of traffic <br />from coastal area ~uring hurricane evacuation <br />c. Protection of life,'and property <br />d.' Arrest of offenders <br />e. Perform intelligence <br />f. Civil disorders <br />g. Bomb threats <br />h. Assist in severe weather watch <br />i. Provide for coordinated ambulance service to <br />the affected area <br />'k. Preparation of an SOP to include the above <br />functions <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />POLICE' <br /> <br />Be responsible, for co~munications between city'servic~s, <br />public operating agencies, other cities, county districts, <br />State' 'and Federal 'agencies. A sufficient ~umber .of dispatch <br />personnel will be called into service to accomplish this. <br /> <br />Be respons{bie for tbe preparation of an SOP for emergency <br />procedures to be followed by dispatchers. <br />
