In the event they <br />are unavailable the request should be made by calling the <br />Department of Public Safety Disaster District Headquarters <br />Region 2A in Houston, telephone 713, 681-1761, radio.,call <br />KKC588. <br /> <br />Any and all requests for assistance from'State and Federal <br />levels will be made by the mayor or in, his name by other <br />officials specifically authorized by him. <br /> <br />RESOURSES MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />Freezing, rationing, curfews, designation of restricted <br />areas or otherresourse controls may be impos~d by the <br />mayor or city ~ommission as deemed .ne~essary during the <br />emergency or as the situation warrants.'
